Sam Mason’s Empire Mayonnaise Company has been generating a lot of press since it first opened on Easter Sunday, May 8th, and we can see why. The ingenious mayonnaise flavors they have jarred are mind blowing. Bacon Mayo? Yuzu Chili Mayo? Saffron Mayo? Vadouvan Mayo? Wait wait, since this mayo is fancy refined, we should probably refer to it by its full name, mayonnaise. With these creative flavor explosions, it’s worth the extra ‘nnaise.
