The Bromberg brothers validate the proverb “a family that cooks together, stays together”; Chefs/brothers Eric and Bruce are the minds behind the Blue Ribbon restaurants. Their innovative and consistently on-point restaurants have made them a permanent fixture among the ever evolving restaurant scene in New York, and that is no easy task.  They are opening up yet another restaurant, Blue Ribbon sushi Izakaya, in the Thompson LES hotel next week, and the menu stays true to their “interfaith” marriage cuisine.
