And the competition continues! In case you missed last night’s episode with four Food Network Star finalists: Vic “Vegas” Moea, Penny Davidi, Justin Balmes and Chris Nirschel battled it out for their charity of choice and to prove that they’ve still got what it takes to bring the heat in the kitchen.

Some wild cards were definitely thrown in the baskets this week:

Appetizer: razor clams, breakfast radish, green grape tomatoes and shrimp paste
Entrée: culotte steak, Okinawa sweet potatoes, turnips and strawberry leather
Dessert: mango chutney, white apricots, blue cornmeal and bacon bits

As the men dropped off, Penny Davidi stuck with it and won it all. Her charity, The Gramercy Housing group, part of PATH (People Assisting The Homeless] is now in the running to win the $50,000 prize. Go Penny!
