It’s finally spring, and if, like the rest of us, you’re looking to widen your imbibing opportunities with all those beautiful outdoor patios and barbeques available with this nice weather, Eric Asimov of the NYTimes has a suggestion for you: Dandelion Wine.  He pointed readers to The Guardian‘s reasonably doable recipe – if you have access to dandelions, try it out and be sure to bring some by IITK headquarters for taste testing!
