The the pork craze is still alive and well, as proven by chef Dale Talde (of Top Chef fame) as he prepares to open newly monikered Pork Slope.  And no, that name is no April Fools joke.

Pork Slope, located in (you guessed it!) Park Slope, will be a bar-scene extension of his new and popular Talde restaurant.  What’s more is the decor and design will be loosely based on Patrick Swayze’s classic, Road House. What’s not to love??
