Blanca

The team behind Roberta’s, the wildly popular pizza and DIY joint in Bushwick, quietly went ahead and opened a new restaurant in the space behind Roberta’s (which isn’t going anywhere). The new restaurant Blanca seats twelve, features a massive open kitchen, and currently only serves a tasting menu that will run customers a smooth $180, not including wine. Carlo Mirarchi, owner of Roberta’s and Blanca, is currently head chef and is assisted by Max Sussman, chef de cuisine and Lauren Calhoun, “pizza boss.”
