Squid, conch, shrimp, mussels and octopus, served over a bed

Of mixed greens and sliced tomatoes

Wrapped with prosciutto and served over coconut

Risotto and grilled asparagus finished with sweet chili

Stuffed with Maryland crab meat served with

Creamed spinach, finished with red pepper coulis

Salmon stuffed with Florida rock shrimp, spinach and

Shitake mushrooms served with lobster mashed potatoes
