Today is National Lobster Day which makes what I’m about to tell you that much better! The Wall Street Journal ran an article today on the Fourchu Lobster and I was quoted as one of the chefs who is for the Fourchu. If you haven’t already, come to City Crab and try a Fourchu for yourself. They are only around for 10 weeks, so much sure you try this delicacy while you can, and as always, please ask for me when you come!
