London Olympics 2012

Team USA is gearing up for the London Olympics, and City Crab is as excited as ever. With so many countries represented at the Olympics, finding international inspiration is easy.

My Sous Chef Karim uses his Moroccan background to bring life to our dishes. Adding flavor to a traditional sauce such as a saffron beurre blanc, or his famous Moroccan couscous, are two examples of his cultural culinary influence.

We keep things American as well with our seafood staple of crab cakes. A nod to New England and a joy to our taste buds, the fresh flavors of crab meat are neatly stacked onto a buttered roll for a delicious lunch sandwich.

With it being Restaurant Week, how much better can things get? Come by for lunch or dinner and watch the opening ceremonies Friday!
