Chef Joseph Vaina, Corporate Executive Chef of City Crab & Seafood Company, has over 25 years of experience in the Culinary Industry. A self-taught chef, Joseph picked up the culinary bug from his Sicilian Grandmother who tasked him the “meatball roller” at the young age of 4. His kitchen experience started at age 15 which then paved the road for positions in corporate, private, and 5-Star rated kitchens. His approach to cooking is fresh, clean and to let the proteins be the star. The one herb he could not live without is Garlic and his favorite condiment is fresh Horseradish. “You should strive for perfection in all that you do.
