We got some special fish in from our fish guys over at sea to table. these guys have done a really incredible job with all there fishermen across the country and really provide a superior product to there customers ; what we have here is a really great example of everything grouper can be. its meaty, sweet and tight fleshed and retains its juiciness when cooked, it is paired with quinoa, oven roasted tomato, sun dried tomato aioli, and charred leeks; it gets topped of with a blast of freshness from an herb salad of basil and cilantro. just a fun summer special for our guests
